What does the m-price have to do with the job? I just wanted to point out that you can't achieve the same m-price nationwide. That's why some comparisons are misleading. And then Poland comes into play. And if I grew up in M, then I stay there… HomeOffice from the "Ossiland" in a Munich company is probably the ideal constellation. But I claim the salary will not be as high as that of a "real" Münchner.

even better is actually working from Zurich with a mailbox apartment. I know a few experts there who since corona are at the site at most once or twice a quarter. Topic Poland, transport costs must not be underestimated. If you take a whole truck, it obviously pays off. But for me, the route was too long each time for the amount of material.

But that will soon come to an end because the cross-border commuter regulation will be reinstated. Then working from abroad will be the exception and commuting will resume. However, I know people who have found the appropriate loophole, because you become a cross-border commuter as soon as you are on the other side of the border, not only when you are in the office. They have now rented an office as a group in Kreuzlingen (the Swiss part of Konstanz ;) )

It pays off even more if 2-3 neighbors join :-) Living in Munich is overrated, just like in Berlin. I prefer being a country boy and take the train into Berlin center in 45 minutes when I feel like it. I endured the morning street stress and thousands of people on the S-Bahn for 9 months. I much rather arrive relaxed at work within 10 minutes by bike without having to encounter thousands of people on the way. Everyone as they like :-)

Did I understand correctly that your current invoice should be 5k euros higher than the list prices from April?

We were also annoyed about the sanitary selection back then. In advance, several acquaintances who did the sanitary work themselves told us: "The list prices are not that relevant because you always get a big discount anyway."

For us, the removed standard items received a small credit and the selected items were just below list price. Not super cool, but it could be worse.
