Construction costs are currently skyrocketing

When did you apply at BAFA? We only applied at the end of January. I hope we get the money at least by autumn.

I think it was in September. Since the energy consultant has received and approved the offers, it should not be a problem. As far as I know, he also has to inspect and confirm the implementation.

We received the approval notice for our application from mid-August about 2 weeks ago, so it should happen with you soon as well :)

Here are some prices we have received recently:

Shell construction:
Steel HEB160 - 4.1m length: €1150 incl. installation net
Steel HEB120 - 2.2m length: €500 incl. installation net
Steel HEB220 - 4.05m length: €1400 incl. installation net

Heating:
Completely new air-water heat pump heating installation for 190sqm / 9 rooms (all old pipes removed, old heating removed, old radiators removed and everything newly installed):
Heat pump package: €31,000 gross -> will probably get more expensive until delivery, price non-binding
Basic installation: €20,000 gross
Radiators (Purmo Kos V): €9,000 gross
2 bathrooms, excluding tiles (2x sinks including base cabinet, 2x toilets, 1x bathtub, 2x shower fittings for all incl. installation): €13,000 gross

Windows:
Wooden windows - fixed elements Meranti white lacquered, opening sash tilt-turn pine glazed, U-value 0.6 - examples:
3-part element with opening sash in the middle 1.85m x 1.79m: €1225 net
2-part element with opening sash on the right 1.23m x 1.11m: €810 net
Lift-and-slide door 2.31m x 2.25m €3300 net

Total: €28,000 gross for 15 windows with approx. 47sqm window area

Roof:

The figures from match the cost estimate from our general contractor. For plumbing, our GC is a bit more expensive, but for electrical work, cheaper...

Yes, exactly. But we are still in the middle of the renovation, so it will take a while before we can provide the proofs.
