Construction costs are currently skyrocketing

Insulation of 92 sqm gable wall with 14 cm mineral wool commissioned. Cost point 140€/sqm for preliminary work, insulation, plastering, painting work and scaffolding for 4 weeks, roofer work for the extension of the roof overhang 5,000,-€. The offers ranged between 230€ and 135€, roofer between 4,000€ and 9,500€. In my opinion, there were 3 defensive offers included, said a friend, retired cleaner.
Btw: Commitment from Bafa still missing…

When did you apply at BAFA? We only at the end of January. I hope we at least get the money by autumn.

I am looking for 8 solid spruce doors with frame for the house. The offer from the largest provider on the internet was about €2250 six months ago. Currently, it is €2550, so €300 more. I hope that prices will drop again. If less is being built, the price of pine/spruce should also decrease.

I think it was in September. Since the energy consultant has received and approved the offers, it should not be a problem. As far as I know, he also has to inspect and confirm the implementation.

We received the approval notice for our application from mid-August about 2 weeks ago, so it should happen with you soon as well :)

But you only mean the notice for now - you still have to provide all the proofs and only then the money will come, right?
