Yep, it would be similar here, bought about 2,000 sqm for €32/sqm in 2014 (Berlin commuter belt) and now we are at €350/sqm. P.S. The plot dimensions sound familiar to me... not that we're "neighbors" :)

What do you mean by that? They haven't been sold yet, they are currently listed like that on the portal.

I think your fantasies are running away with you now? Who should pay you over €500,000 for such a poorly (in terms of further subdivision and resale) cut plot? You don’t live in Potsdam or Werder, but only in Fichtenwalde. Please stay realistic...

I never said that someone would give me that much money in the subdivision. However, in Fichtenwalde, plots of land that are 600 sqm in size with developer binding from Town & Country were sold for 365 € / sqm + marker commission. And they sold... Also in Beelitz-Heilstätten, all the apartments/townhouses currently being built are gone. There are still enough Berliners who want to come to us...

You had written: "Just the plot of land that we acquired for €40 per sqm 4.5 years ago now costs around €350+/sqm". Your plot with 20 m width and 75 m depth is never worth more than €500,000.
