Construction costs are currently skyrocketing

I ordered a Samsung heat pump last Monday; it will probably be delivered today. However, it was a somewhat larger one than what is normally needed in a single-family house.

Samsung (as far as I know) is also not the heat pump that most construction companies inquire about. It’s more about: Bosch, Vaillant, Viessmann, Wolf. And then versions for single-family houses.

Caution! According to some users here, the oversized pumps time out eventually. I am curious.

They don't cycle, don't worry, this is not a run-of-the-mill single-family house ;)

It's actually a pity because they are definitely equivalent. We usually operate in the major customer sector (hospitals, hotels, etc.…) but management has decided that we will also offer heat pumps for private customers.

In our hospital group, gas costs are rising by several million euros. I'm curious how the government plans to offset this. We can't, since the prices for treatments are fixed. We're also not a municipal hospital, where the municipality simply compensates the loss.

I hope the state does not compensate anything in such cases... Healthcare/prevention does not belong in private hands where every board member/shareholder fills their pockets... Here a clinic was also privatized... every 2 years the board members leave with seven-figure severance packages... The money of course has to come back in...

The companies/corporations/etc. will definitely be supported because they are not to blame for the price increases, it's quite different for private households ;)
