So in the most remote village, the assessment rate is currently well less than half of Munich.

One of the smaller/medium-sized cities in the Ruhr area. (~20-25 min by regional train to Dortmund main station). Also comes with a prefabricated garage, and floors + painter's fleece/painted walls are included (except basement) (which many builders otherwise apparently don't include in the standard).

I wonder what the tenants in the cities outside of Bavaria are doing. Well, moving out, what else. Maybe still gas heating in the apartment building plus property tax, good night Marie

The whole thing about the property tax rising so much is absolute nonsense. I just calculated it, and for my apartment in Frankfurt a value 70% below the actual current tax rate is given. And that with a 500% [Hebesatz] that is preset.

I am also currently stuck on the property tax. According to the instructions, a plot with a construction project that is not yet "ready for occupancy" is to be classified as an "undeveloped plot." This will of course change soon. Can anyone say whether this is an advantage/disadvantage? Do I have to fill out the stuff again when the house is finished?
