General consensus, 14.5k gross okay? Five words are missing

Removing 250m3 of topsoil, excavating 120m3 of earth for the house, and placing 390t of basalt chippings + laying rainwater and sewage pipes is supposed to cost 33,000 EUR including VAT. Earth removal is not included...

Do you have a breakdown for the positions? So 390t of basalt chippings alone already costs around 8,000 euros. Without the transport costs of maybe 20 trips... depends on the distances. The rest also depends on what kind of distances we're talking about here, maybe a cul-de-sac property?

That is, I think, the price one has to pay on average for it nowadays. It might be cheaper, but it is often significantly more expensive.

The property is located in a dead-end street. The gravel is probably reasonable but the prices for the pipes seem clearly too high to me.
