I don't really see more houses now than a few months ago. Some have been listed for a very long time, some have found a buyer against my expectations (although maybe at a different price than advertised). However, I can well imagine that one or the other still wants to quickly get rid of a renovation case before the regulations become stricter.Does anyone have a guess or explanation why there are now more existing houses online? Are people moving away? Have they lost their jobs and can no longer pay the mortgage? Do they want to quickly get a lot of money for the house before the prices crash?
