I don't really see more houses now than a few months ago. Some have been listed for a very long time, some have found a buyer against my expectations (although maybe at a different price than advertised). However, I can well imagine that one or the other still wants to quickly get rid of a renovation case before the regulations become stricter.

I observe something similar in rural southwestern areas as well. The price level stays high, young houses at (almost) new-build prices and masses of overpriced, unrenovated old houses. However, the young houses are increasingly appearing.

Ordered my air-to-water heat pump today. According to the heating technician, the indoor unit will be delivered at the end of May, the outdoor unit at the beginning of October. :oops:

I ordered my new company-leased car at the end of January for mid-June (the return date of the current one). This has now been postponed to mid-September. :rolleyes: Fortunately, I was able to extend the old one today and unlike building materials, the price does not change.
