Construction costs are currently skyrocketing

We are still desperately searching for an architect - hopefully the glimmer of hope will come true and the search will finally be over - and also for a construction company to carry out the work - there is hope here, but communication is difficult to non-existent -.

The current situation - at least for us - is still purely a begging and requesting an audience. Emails are not answered, calls are not answered - I assume because they are busy at the moment - but they also do not return calls. Considering that the single-family house market is supposed to boom towards the end of the year, construction companies are still very service-unoriented. Chasing after them annoys me a lot.

One more point out of interest: Has anyone recently commissioned a brine heat pump including deep drilling or received an offer?

I feel for you. Craftsmen who make a fair offer promptly, that was partly very difficult. I am glad when we are soon finished with awarding the contract. Our luck was actually the architect, who has been working well with his trades for over 10 years. Everything that came through him has been relatively quick here so far. If they also work well, then we will be happy

Is an oil well suspected there and is the executing company supposed to be involved? I find the costs far too high. The brine-water heat pump alone costs around €13,000 - €15,000. What are the €65,000 meant for?
