With us too. The terraced houses in the neighboring town are rented very quickly, and the many new rental apartments have now decreased from 20 offers to only 2 within the last two months. There seems to be a high demand. Meanwhile, the condominiums for 4.5k per m2 have been on the market for about three quarters of a year. Of the 30 apartments, just under half are still available, even though the buildings will be ready for occupancy in spring and are in a very good city center location.
Old houses are also listed longer here compared to last year, and I also think that prices for one or another property have been slightly corrected downwards.
However, I observe the opposite with condominiums... Whether old or new, the price remains consistently high. Some have been listed for a longer time without any price correction.
