I am currently getting quotes for a photovoltaic system. Either I get no response at all or the prices are so expensive, beyond reasonable limits. I’m not playing that game. I can build a photovoltaic system, but I don’t have to. Craftsmen can’t just pass on every price. In my opinion, the number of inquiries will decrease.
I would be interested in your opinion on how rising construction costs will affect craftsmen and companies? Here are a few theses of mine[*]No material, no service, no orders?! [*]Too high a price (labor costs and/or material), low demand!?
Will it even threaten the existence of some craftsmen? What do you think?
I think any forecast is extremely difficult right now. The market hates uncertainty, the geopolitical situation and the economy are currently topsy-turvy. At the moment, decision-makers in construction projects have two options: floor the pedal or slam on the brakes. I think in a year, hopefully after the end of the war, things will be clearer again.
