Hessisches Hinterland
I would think that normally no premium prices are charged there either. But maybe there is also little competition there and he has a quasi-monopoly/cartel?
Hessisches Hinterland
I just received the offer for the earthworks and was shocked at how much the costs exceed the plan.
Removing 250m3 of topsoil, excavating 120m3 of earth for the house, and bringing in 390t of basalt gravel + laying rainwater and wastewater pipes is supposed to cost 33,000 EUR including VAT. That does not include earth disposal...
Do you consider that realistic?
So, now please give an opinion on my offer. ;-)General consensus, 14.5k gross okay? Five words are missing
Do you have a breakdown for the positions? So 390t basalt gravel alone is already around 8000 euros.
A realistic comparison is always the on-site comparison with other identical offers.
Certainly, your offer is high overall, but it also involves quite a bit of scope.
Why basalt gravel? What about RC material?
The pipes seem expensive, yes, but those are flat rates including labor. That means with an excavator and, if necessary, manual excavation.
With 90m and all those bends, you can also assume that a considerable amount of excavation will be required regarding drainage. Long distances require a lot of excavation due to the necessary slope, every bend is work (and you don’t have exactly few of those).
Maybe simplify the drainage a bit.
