Have it done, the kitchen installer can at most botch something after rough installation and plastering.
Of course, it's crazy that something like that costs extra.
You will also need wastewater connections there.

Normally, the kitchen installer provides the plan for electricity and plumbing, after which the rough installation is coordinated.

Costs were 4,200 €. According to the general contractor, one cost factor is that you have to use different controllers, which cost more than the normal ones.

I hope that with underfloor heating, cooling, and controlled residential ventilation, I can cool a bit more :-)

We received a first offer for interest today - 2.47% for 20 years...
The construction price for the rest is fixed

Yes, you need for each room, for example, 2 more wires for the summer thermostat control, possibly different thermostats, etc. Regarding summer heat protection, I have no concerns for you. Enjoy it. Heat protection is nowadays far more important than 'getting the house warm'.

In the "standard" controlled residential ventilation does not cool. Unless it has a pre-heating coil that has been converted for cooling. Then be careful with condensate... Controlled residential ventilation usually includes heat recovery, so energy stays in the house, unless the summer bypass is active...
