The outdoor area also cannot simply be written off at under 15k. If you, like us, have no flat surface, no right angle, you won't get far with just EL and everything cheap at 15k

We primed our 103m2 with 2.5m height including ceilings for ~2500€ and applied textured paint on q2. The floor cost us 3000€ all in, vinyl everywhere including skirting boards. So it can definitely be done cheaper... having it done is just expensive.

But it was exactly about how to get away cheapest (cheap shell construction and do as much as possible yourself). That it can be more expensive is clear

So, the list referred to the costs for a Massa Haus shell house.
That means walls are not just a coat of paint, but insulation, wood fiberboard, and plasterboard, and then filling and painting. The ceiling is also everything except the beam layer and one layer of structural floor.
The floor is not just the covering, but the complete construction with insulation and screed.

Got an offer for the interior plastering last week:

-tape everything off, moldings, etc.
-base plaster in Q2 (approx. 450m2), lime-cement plaster in wet rooms, all others gypsum plaster,
-fine plaster 1mm on 300m2,
-double garage - lime-cement floated.

All without paint, we will do that ourselves.
Ceilings will also be wallpapered with painter's fleece by us.

Price gross 17k.
