Construction costs are currently skyrocketing

For us, it was retroactively reduced from just under 20 to 15ct/kWh as of 10/1. But we only used 5.5m³ in the last 6 weeks anyway, so it's negligible.

For us, this is the last winter mostly using gas. In that respect, it is bearable for us now, especially since the [Gas Price Cap] is supposed to come soon. But with the prices, it is no longer possible to save enough gas to keep the installment affordable. For me, the reasonable limit is 100€ per month. From January, we will then have to pay about 140€, which is more than twice as much as currently and really hurts. We don’t even consume much. We haven’t even turned on the heating yet (but it will be installed tomorrow). Less than 18 degrees is really too extreme for me in the long run.

Today, however, the sun was shining like mad. You have to use the photovoltaic power and push everything into the screed and the masonry. I put in 55 kWh of heat in 8 hours today. :D

Yes, that's true, I warmed myself up outside in the sun while I continued building my raised bed :cool:.

In the next few months, I have to get some quotes for the [EG-Umbau]. I'm really curious whether it's now easier to get craftsmen again or if it's still such a big problem.
