In February/March we sampled the windows. At the beginning of July, it was said: delivery at the end of August, installation at the beginning of September. And indeed, today the information came that the windows will be installed next week. I'm going to get myself a cold drink now. :)

On the topic of electricity: Go to your local Media Markt/Saturn. They also offer electricity tariffs from EON/Eprimo. In our area (postcode 49xxx), prices are between 28-30 cents per kWh and a base price between 10-13€ per month. There is also a voucher from Mediamarkt for 50-100€ (depending on your consumption). Just done last week. Less than 5 minutes of work!

We did that too and the contract never came into effect. However, we redeemed the voucher normally. Maybe it was because the old contract still had over twelve months left? No idea. Anyway, the refrigerator was already cheaper that way.
