It sounds like "we are right on the verge." Is that so? Quite a few currently see a recession coming our way.

Then here is the quiz question: Who is the owner of the villa of the student fraternity according to the land register?

Didn't Deutsche Bank recently warn in a study about a strong slump starting from 2024?

But yes, it is quite possible. I can hardly believe that in 2022 the topic of 'affordable prefabricated buildings' is coming up again.

Look at this drought, some states want to play war again.

The CCP China is a powder keg.
I stick to it: main problem this year is energy, next year food.

The recession is fully here. It will only be official when the third quarter also turns out negative.

Very likely non-profit. In the event of a sale, the proceeds would definitely not be allowed to be distributed to the members... and in case of dissolution, only a donation to another non-profit organization or to the tax office (which is also non-profit :p) would be possible. So the land price is irrelevant for the association—unless it wants to expand its property through another acquisition.
