If the 2 cent usage fees come, I would be at 18.x cents until the end of March 2023 :)

In the worst case, large-scale distribution of food from all over the world is no longer possible due to energy shortages/blackouts/prioritization of energy transport and security, and because of the resulting disruptions in supply chains, cold chains, and so on for food. I'm not saying how likely this might be, but extrapolating the last few months, it doesn't look very promising – there could still be some black swans waiting for us.
