Quickly back to the topic of construction costs. We had a meeting today with our site manager and the plasterer. According to our plasterer, material prices will increase by 10% starting January 1st.

Good plaster is cheap, how much does a ton of Knauf MP75 cost? I paid 143€ (net) in April.
However, the rails have become expensive.
What do you pay per m2 of plaster?
Gypsum plasterboard has indeed become about 15-20% more expensive. Probably logistics.
If the m2 cost was 1.8€ in April, it is now 2.2€.
The expensive part in both cases is the labor.
Unfortunately, we did not list the pure material costs for the plaster in the offer (only the price per sqm including plastering).
Rails are listed individually. He also did not say whether that refers to everything or just the plaster. Since we have already ordered, I did not pursue it further at first.
In principle, however, we are glad about any price increase that we (as here) do not have to bear at the moment, even if it is only a few hundred euros in the end.

And may I ask, what does plaster cost? I assume gypsum plaster Q2?
We have a lime plaster. It was offered at €13 net per square meter. (Es gab mehrere Angebote) The finishing plaster is then a bit cheaper. For context: We come from southern Germany, very close to the border with Switzerland.
