To get back to the topic: Today an offer arrived for the controlled residential ventilation: Vallox ValloPlus 510 MV - €13,900 all included We will go for it. We had actually planned €15k for it. What did you pay for your ventilation systems?

For us, it's about €17k for the entire system including installation, instruction, and I believe the first 5 years full service including filter replacement at fixed intervals. A VentAxia Sentinel Kinetic will be installed.

Our offer amounts to 15k (net), Tecalor TVZ 370, just under 220 m2 living space

When it comes to the inventory, the risk of miscalculating is definitely higher and the "hindsight is 20/20" effect is greater. We would actually like to have taken on another 10 or 15 thousand. Instead, we thought we were done after cutting some things and a few minor adjustments. Now, out of the 9000 €, only 1500 € are left. No drama, because a lot just has to wait. But it only became clear later that one or another thing definitely should be done. An old building is exciting, too... for example, we uncovered an old chimney pipe that was sealed with a piece of wood.

Btw... old building and the special conditions... we are currently struggling with the alignment of the used kitchen. Uneven floor and crooked walls.

Gross?... that’s really little.
Then today’s offer is quite expensive after all...

Sorry but you can’t compare prices like this! None of you state what area or volume is to be ventilated and nothing else about the equipment either.
sergutsh even talks about “additional cost”… Additional cost based on what?

Wolf CWL 300 costs us €12,706 plus VAT.

Ours from Bosch will cost €14,200 including enthalpy heat exchanger.

We are building a small house, nearly 100 m², single-story. That means less effort for the plumber, probably why somewhat cheaper.

Paid €10,756.36 for Maico WS 320KB on 04.11.2021.

However, I installed the controlled residential ventilation pipes from the air distributors myself.

Thanks for your feedback. It was very helpful. As it looks, we are indeed within the average. Unfortunately, we missed BAFA... Our price is gross all-in but (still) without enthalpy heat exchanger. Overall just over 170m2 living space, 520m3 air volume, 13 valves (6x exhaust air, 5x supply air), central control unit... ...and the craftsman seems very down-to-earth and honest :)

Sorry but you can't compare prices like that! They all fail to mention what area or volume is to be ventilated and nothing about the equipment either. sergutsh even talks about a "surcharge" … surcharge based on what?

You are right. Bungalow, living area 140 sqm. Device: BOSCH residential ventilation unit VENT 5000 C HR 230 W including silencer with wall and ceiling outlets and enthalpy heat exchanger.
