As far as price development is concerned, is right in my opinion. Of course, there are increase reasons based on shortages. However, the second part is a good mix of panic, audacity, and self-fulfilling prophecy on the part of the providers. This is preemptively added due to the fear of miscalculating for the future – or rather, attempts to maintain margins that have fed the entire industry above average for decades. The wave of "there's nothing available anyway" is also gladly ridden. But it doesn't help, because building or renovating still ends up being more expensive for the buyer. I just want to say that "the politicians," to whom this is often blamed, have only limited possibilities.

You will soon stop laughing. Quite certainly.

By the way, I have only stored [lose Linsen]. I can still cook myself.

As you can see from the kitchen pictures I sent a few days ago, I have a kitchen stove that runs on wood. It also has an integrated oven. This allows me to cook with wood at any time. Since I also have a barn with 400 sqm of storage space next to my house, which is partly filled with the best wood (which will last for the next 20 years, by the way), there will be no problems. The Kago fireplace in the living room with 21 kW heating power then provides cozy warmth in the dining room when we enjoy our homemade lentil soup.

On my barn, which has a [Photovoltaik Anlage], there is also a beautiful vaulted cellar with a permanently constant temperature. This allows me to store many things in darkness and cool ambient temperature (7 degrees). It would even replace my refrigerator. But with the [Photovoltaik Anlage], I am actually already quite self-sufficient when it comes to electricity.

And if you want to know exactly, a stream runs behind my property. So I always have completely independent water. Just pump it up and off you go. All for free. Then a small domestic waterworks runs on [Photovoltaik] power for our utility water.

And so that the laptop still runs during a power outage, I installed a 10 kW storage system. With a backup box so that the [Photovoltaik Anlage] also runs as an island when the power goes out.

All clear!
