I have actually never experienced that either. It is technically nonsense; it does not prevent the user from setting up a WLAN bridge via cable and access point. If you use VPN, then the further transmission path does not matter. This also includes use on trains, in hotels, and at the customer's site.

He has enough money, but that does not mean he took it lightly. The problem was that the planners from the company artificially delayed the time. They were on the property several times. As a result, the groundbreaking did not take place within 12 months and the price lock expired.

So I have 18 outlets in the kitchen alone and 32 in the living-dining area. And in the kitchen I do have some spare, but most sockets are occupied. I did not expect that at all. Anyway. You should never install too few outlets. Because it is always nice to have one nearby. And 20 years ago, no one would have thought that you would have to charge mobile phones, tablets, and watches at night.

The local general contractor has calculated the current increase in material prices for his current construction projects (massive). It amounts to approximately 2% of the total construction costs of the house.

Well, I call that reasonable and manageable.

I have no idea how he calculated that. I find it very non-transparent. For a current house, that would be about 10k. According to statements from my acquaintances, the roof truss already costs that much more.

And there are a dozen other trades with price increases.

I am aware of a value of about 5 to 10%.
