Do you have prices for ready-mix concrete? Like standard C25/30?

But it also depends on tolls, diesel prices, sand being more expensive, etc.

So rebar was 700€/t in September 2021, 1400€/t at the beginning of 2022, and most recently 2100€/t. Is it now 2500??? :(

700€ per t? I paid 1,340€ per t for rebar mesh Bst. 500 M in April 2019 and that was cheap back then :O

I work in the steel industry, I can’t say anything about concrete.
But I just called our municipal concrete plant: as of today: C25 medium moist delivered to the construction site €145/m3. Price valid only for today. More expensive on Saturday, because there is a lot going on at private construction sites on the weekend.

Thanks, phew already more expensive, with me it was 80 net two years ago. There is always a surcharge for the weekend

Are the current "stories" that prefab house providers are now paying their customers mid five-figure sums to withdraw from their contracts actually true, or is that nonsense?

I have heard that too, but it was not offered to us, or rather indirectly the opposite, as the price for the house was raised by 15.6% because we left the period of the price guarantee. Unfortunately, no house building company will probably pay a premium to the builders affected by the stop of the KfW funding, as their contracts are "simply null and void." See among others post 1227 in the thread "KfW BEG Förderung gestoppt 261, 262, 263, 264, 461, 463, 464." I find all of this very regrettable and disappointing.
