I definitely don't know enough to make a well-founded forecast, but among the “financial YouTubers” I follow, actually very few expect short- or medium-term falling interest rates (for example, I just happened to watch the latest video from Erichsen earlier).The swap has been going down for weeks. I find it baffling how no one can see a trend there.

You can hear the wind turbines that were built there … I don’t want to have one kilometer near me … and nobody has fully researched the effects on the wind if we build very many of them … it gets weakened and then everyone complains again that it’s getting hot ….I knew the extreme cases would come up right away. That’s not what it’s about. It’s about examples where there are citizens' initiatives (also here with us), who, for example, do not want wind turbines within 1 km of the village. Or recently in Berlin. A housing estate with 800 apartments is to be built, many of which are social housing. Now the citizens are against it because they fear that many more cars will drive on their streets and cause traffic jams. Sorry, somewhere you have to draw the line. Affordable housing and cheap electricity yes, but then please in such a way that I don’t see the lines etc. That just doesn’t work...
