To my knowledge, the standard land value is not used for calculation in 6 (or was it 7) federal states at all. Regarding the assessment rate: Shouldn't the tax declaration reflect the status as of 01.01.2022? Or is Father State already "adjusting" that again? I am unusually glad about our tiny piece of land.

And nevertheless, it will be approximately like this because all parameters that have been set are taken into account. You can lie to yourself now and say there are no current calculators, or first assume them as worst-case calculators. Because, in my opinion, one thing is certain: as long as municipalities do not change their assessment rates, everyone will have to pay more.

I praise my favorite country Bavaria:

"For properties, a value-independent area model is implemented in Bavaria. This prevents the property tax from automatically increasing, in contrast to the federal model."

In which region is it? Our semi-detached house will probably also be around 520k with garage.

So then you pay more for the property in the most remote village than in Munich?

No idea. Just good that the standard land values don't count;)
