No. You can also buy/build much cheaper. But here in the forum you will find almost exclusively house wishes that go well beyond the standard 08/15 row house of the developer. Or that are built in Munich, Hamburg, etc.
Row houses, by the way also in simple standard – which is still significantly higher than in most rental apartments – are available from €300k all in.
But these are “only” 105 sqm living space on 198 sqm plot. But with happy residents.
