Yes, but only with WBS. And half of the apartments were allocated by the church organization to employees of their workshop for the disabled. They do not really earn much there and these working poor are very happy.

Rent 8.50 per sqm and depending on income even less. 1200 sqm of newly created living space, 21 apartments, final construction costs 4.3 million and the land was, as already mentioned, given by the municipality for a symbolic price.

Recommended reading: "In Adelsdorf, 21 socially subsidized rental apartments are being built" in the Nordbayerische Nachrichten.

Where exactly in Bavaria should social apartments have been built at the end for 3000 euros per sqm in the last two years - according to the final account and not at the beginning on the architect's plans?

The construction of Seaside was cheaper in many parts than that.. Although Seaside is not too far from social housing, as some critics say..

Apartment block construction is ALWAYS more expensive than a single-family house (land excluded)...

PS: Seeside. With double E! There is no sea here yet—it will still take a while until the sea level has risen by 220 meters.

By the way, it states €4.1 million total costs – not construction costs. That is quite a big difference. Construction costs are cost groups 300+400 and do not include everything related to the land, development, incidental construction costs, construction period interest, etc.
As a total all-inclusive investment, that can be accurate.

Anywhere. My clients currently calculate pure costs of 300/400 for the whole of Germany at between 2,400 and 2,700€/sqm for socially subsidized apartments and from 3,000€ for "normal" housing. Volume between 40 and 800 apartments – also in metropolitan areas like Hamburg / D / Ffm / MUC

From a reliable source, a total of 4.3 million flowed in at the end. The plot was already developed (in the middle of the village) - the outdoor facilities are minimal and the incidental costs are not distributed over the usual 150 m2 here but rather over 1200, so they should weigh significantly less per m2 proportionally than for the users here. And as already mentioned, without land costs.


Thank you. But will this calculation also be met upon handover? And where do you see the differences in the mentioned projects? Where exactly are these €800 or €1 million sums hidden, where were they spent?
