Unfortunately, I can absolutely confirm this. For 2 !! years we looked for a landscape gardener. We wrote to EVERYONE in the directory and within a 20km radius – nothing! We didn’t receive a single response. Then we even called everyone – still no appointment was made. We couldn’t believe it. Eventually, we found one of those “doorbell company flyers” in the mailbox. We got in touch and someone did come. They looked at everything, discussed it, and even handed over a plan for the outdoor facilities. That was 9 months ago and despite multiple inquiries, we never received a quote. So much for that. Then recently, when we offered our paving stones for free on the respective portal before the demolition started, three “characters” contacted us asking if we were looking for someone to redo the outdoor facilities. We politely declined and are doing it ourselves now, no matter how the result will ultimately look, rather than humbling ourselves.

Sad but true. That's exactly how it is right now with the solar installers....

Kabuflex empty conduits:

each 50m R50:

April '22: 81.90EUR
August '22: 86.09EUR
September '22: 105.61EUR (current)

In August, I paid 5EUR more than in April - bearable. Luckily, I don't need any more, but if I did, I would have to pay about 20% more today than a month ago.

Of the 1250 pages here, about 98% are just right-wing nonsense, unnecessary discussions, or posts by pseudo financial experts. It really gives you a headache.

To the actual topic:

Window offer in April: €30,000, window offer in June: €37,000, window offer in September €36,000
The company is "fully booked" until early February.

I have been in the real estate industry for over 25 years. Currently, we do about €10 billion in construction financing every year - from private individuals up to €250 million commercial deals. The reaction to the last key interest rate increase on 21.07. was initially a significant movement in the construction financing interest rate. But downwards, not upwards. And then it stabilized again at the level before the rate increase. I also believe that the interest rate will continue to rise. But not ad hoc induced by the ECB decision.
