Perfect, I have no complaints.
Behind my property runs a stream.
Don't forget Maggi for the good taste, alrightYou will soon stop laughing. For sure. By the way, I have only stored loose lenses. I can still cook myself.
What does "just for fun" mean? There is currently a 2 before the comma. I will sign this week! For us this is crap, we are currently dealing with a forward loan. :-( As soon as I have the offer, I can give you the numbers just for fun.
For the classification of the offer: Loan-to-value ratio, fixed interest term in years? For forward: How long until the loan is repaid in months? Thank youWhat does "spaßeshalber" mean? There is currently a 2 before the comma. I will sign this week!
And what do the two pigs get? :DAs you can see from the kitchen pictures I sent a few days ago, I have a kitchen stove that is wood-fired. In addition, there is an integrated oven. This allows me to cook with wood at any time. Since I have, next to my house, a barn with 400 sqm of storage space, which is partly filled with the best wood (which by the way will last for the next 20 years), there will be no problems. The Kago fireplace in the living room with 21 kW heating power then provides cozy warmth in the dining room when we enjoy our home-cooked lentil soup.
On my barn, which also has a photovoltaic system, there is a nice vaulted cellar with a permanently constant temperature. This allows me to store many things in darkness and cool ambient temperature (7 degrees). It would even replace the refrigerator for me. But with the photovoltaic system, I am actually quite self-sufficient when it comes to electricity.
And if you want to know exactly. Behind my property runs a stream. So I always have completely independent water. Just pump it in and off you go. All for free. There is also a small domestic water system running with photovoltaic power for our utility water.
And so the laptop still runs during a power outage, I have installed a 10 kW storage unit. With a backup box so that the photovoltaic system also runs as an island system when the power goes out.
All clear!
