We’re facing the same situation soon, a few things came together, so we didn’t buy the originally intended plot after all. Therefore, we will build on our current plot and will have to move temporarily. Subletting seems difficult, at least there’s currently nothing suitable. So we’re currently considering putting a container on site. May I ask how exactly you did that? Did you buy or rent the container? For rental, I only find long periods of 2 years. Also, containers need a foundation, and I would prefer something that you can just put down and then dismantle again, but that probably doesn’t exist. Or do you perhaps know more about that? You would help us a lot if you have any tips. Thank you :)It was. Since it was actually always clear that it had to be finished in 6, better 5 months, because we couldn’t live in the container over the winter (outdoor toilet and shower, kitchen only in the tent, sometimes the water in the coffee machine froze ;)). And then the problem with unavailable building materials started... But that’s all forgotten now, we enjoy the new house every day and know that we did everything right.
