The target group is mainly pension, life, and other insurance companies, which are so heavily regulated by the state that they basically have no choice but to invest in government bonds.

I know that there are groups that have to invest in high-quality government bonds because they believe that certain financial products must guarantee their deposits. But why they then choose extreme long-dated bonds is really beyond me. With a 0.85% coupon, interest rates could only move in one direction, and because of the extreme duration, the price then jumps wildly. The advantages of a bond, such as the supposedly guaranteed repayment, are also subject to big question marks over periods of more than 100 years.

PS: NRW also has a hundred-year bond, aren’t they governed by the CDU? ;)

Massahaus now has a house under 100 TEUR. The LifeStyle 14.04 S is now offered from 99,999*. *Shell construction from top edge of cellar or floor slab. Valid for house contracts from 14.12.2022. Illustration with special equipment. A sign that they need to fill their order pipeline? Utilization for 23/24 in danger?! By the way, I am just realizing that our plan is quite similar to the Lifestyle. But it was not copied (by us) back then.

For me, these are simply bait offers. Without knowing in detail what quality is delivered, it is difficult to answer.

I simply lack the comparison of what this option would have cost before. Just because it is "on offer" does not imply that it is of lower quality... I can claim for myself that I always try to deliver the best quality, whether the customer has received a discount or not. The goal is always 100%.
