Nope, it says a termination is excluded. Whether every case is meant, no idea, it's just an excerpt. But it's not important – what I want to say is, there is not only one way to structure the contract. Yes, there were few incentives in the recent past. But there were definitely other conditions in the somewhat older past (2000s) where leasehold holders had more enforcement options and maybe such a phase will come again soon.
