But it's not important – what I want to say is, there is not only one way to structure the contract. Yes, there were few incentives in the recent past. But there were definitely other conditions in the somewhat older past (2000s) where leasehold holders had more enforcement options and maybe such a phase will come again soon.

Maybe due to existing orders, we will still be at 300,000 apartments in 2022, but in 2023 the big bang will come. Then you might end up with 200,000 completed apartments or even less. Because who still wants to build under these conditions (high interest rates, high inflation, high construction costs). The consequence will be bankruptcies in the construction sector and at least a stabilization of the high price level (this is called supply and demand). And existing properties that are not yet a hundred years old will increase in price. Because new construction will still only be for the top 10%, and thus the others will cluster around the young well-maintained used properties that are 40 years old.

The problem with that is that prices still won't go down, then next year the price increase will be waived and a year later building will resume, and the cycle starts over again.

I think something was misunderstood. The screed has long been heated using Hotboy. It was now about the "normal/regular" heating operation via the internal heating rod and not via the brine lines. (As it should actually run). Bad timing with Christmas, holidays, etc.

No, it says that termination is excluded.

That is different from the phone provider where you have to give 3 months' notice in advance so that the contract does not renew. A 99-year heritable building right expires after 99 years and automatically reverts to the owner. If you want to prevent that, you have to take action beforehand and conclude a new contract.
