Yes... I know that. At the end of February, I asked here whether I should rather take 10 years fixed at 0.74% or 17 years at 1.11% (loan-to-value under 50%). Most people advocated for 10 years. Phew... luckily I chose the longer fixed interest period. That was also the last moment for the favorable interest rates. I spoke with my advisor last week. If I had signed just now, my installment would be at least €300 higher... :eek: Now I only regret that I didn't take more credit. Prices are exploding, I hope I won't have to refinance...
