Construction costs are currently skyrocketing

Is it that much? We have had 10 cbm since 19.11. and I thought that was "normal". I had read something about 150 liters per day for a 2-person household

Does anyone have current costs for tile laying? I checked; in 2017 we paid 66 EUR / m2 all-in for laying floor tiles, including consumables, labor, but not the tiles themselves. Currently, we are waiting for offers for 36m2 of floor tiles.

100 €/sqm for the bathroom. Includes everything except the tiles themselves, including an extra charge for laying large-format tiles, flexible grout, and an adhesive mortar called C2 TE S1. I find it steep, I'm still checking whether this is necessary or if it can be done differently. However, I don’t want to drag this out endlessly for 8 sqm.
