Construction costs are currently skyrocketing

Does anyone have current costs for tile laying? I checked; in 2017 we paid 66 EUR / m2 all-in for laying floor tiles, including consumables, labor, but not the tiles themselves. Currently, we are waiting for offers for 36m2 of floor tiles.

Yes, that is steep. Recently, for the same scope but about 37m2, we were offered a price of 137€ per square meter, which I consider clearly too much. Especially since it is a large area, all on one level.
