Somehow I have the feeling that you only read what you want to read. I never wrote that I want to do it. Only that I could on the roof. It is not even planned to expand it, as I don’t yet know how well I manage with the 13.26 kWp. So calm down a bit and please read more carefully.

I have rather less trouble with that now. We have underfloor cooling in the office, so it's cool barefoot but not really cold. In heat, it’s actually rather pleasantly cool.

No idea = no comment. Ever thought about it?? At 15 degrees you would probably already have condensation problems. Cooling through underfloor heating only provides 2-3 degrees, but it is often enough to dampen peaks..

That’s true. That’s how it was communicated to us as well. We spoke with a client and asked him what he would do differently in the new build. Underfloor heating temperature control was number one. It’s not comparable to air conditioning, but you can apparently notice the difference.

Precisely the consideration of a possible installation at a later point is what I understand by preparation. In other words, thinking about a potential spot, possibly providing empty conduits during the shell construction, considering the possible outdoor location ... So basically not much, but better beforehand than afterwards.

OK, then there’s no more preparation possible, we should have thought about that a year ago. Now there is no good place for it anymore. In the stairwell there is the large fixed glazing and next to it there are still windows from the study and bathroom, you can’t do core drillings there either. If then probably sometime a mobile air conditioner with some kind of window adapters, but I assume we’ll have significantly fewer problems with heat than now. Cities simply have a miserable microclimate with all the concrete and asphalt.
