I don't want to be unfair, but the fewer people competing with me for building materials, the better :-D We have a "price round" with the general contractor next week; I'm curious about the new total sum awaiting us. For the record: offer from the end of 2021, ready for occupancy = 510k. I will report when I know more.

Anything under 550k € would surprise me a lot.

Let's wait and see, he himself said in March/April that the cost development regarding our offer "is limited" because he had calculated well and maintains long-term supplier relationships. If it "only" ends up being 40k € additional costs, I'll open a bottle of champagne :-)

Good news from the window front. Mine were delivered today and will be installed on Monday/Tuesday next week. The measurement was shortly after Easter... but finally, something is happening.

May I ask how big the gap is between the initial offer and the actual invoice price - if it hasn't already been mentioned somewhere?

I have little to say as everything goes through the [GU]. Therefore, the delta for me is zero.
