Is corrugated metal per se approved? I don’t rarely see it in new construction of rental properties? With 24 cm insulation, nothing really echoes through anyway.

as I wrote in another thread - currently not available. We have now switched to Frankfurter Pfanne - let's see if that still works. The roof should actually be covered in 2 weeks. You know they are available if the carpenter orders the things. If you want to be sure, have the things ordered and when they arrive, just put them somewhere (if possible)

The increased material costs are well priced into new offers.

The interest rate turnaround of the last 4 months would currently worry me much more than the price of a roof tile, or the price of reinforcing steel for rods and mats.

If nothing is specified in the development plan, you can build a thatched roof... ;-)

If you can still plan the new building and have the roof dimensions under control, I see no reason why you shouldn’t opt for a visually less appealing solution for the roof sealing, especially if the entire rest is fully covered with photovoltaics. In my opinion, that definitely looks better than the usual small patch of tiled roof that protrudes a bit from under the modules on all sides.

Yes, I was more concerned about soundproofing, I don't know the requirements in detail. But with proper insulation, one will probably be within the limits. A friend of mine put corrugated sheet metal on a rental property, although a bungalow. Corrugated sheet metal also lasts forever. It probably outlasts asbestos cement sheets....
