Saxony. It should also be in the profile.

Most beautiful federal state in the world :) (subjective from my point of view)

On the topic:
My private general contractor made the following statement yesterday: (by the way, also Saxony)
- Tiles are getting more expensive, but everything is deliverable.
- Fixed prices for all trades are difficult. Almost only daily prices available now.
- Insulation, wood, drywall deliverable within 1 week. Wood prices seem to stagnate, he even paid less for the roof rafters than 2 weeks ago.
- All trades somewhat available, electricians are currently very scarce.
- Window manufacturers with price increases, the statement here is correct.
- Costs for photovoltaics are supposed to explode (his opinion, may not be true)

I wish all builders strong nerves at the moment! My nose also occasionally itches when I think about our project. But oh well, going back is hardly an option now.

I can imagine that too after the feed-in tariff is increased... But then it will only come when it becomes cheaper again... I think all the KfW40+ houses have already ordered the systems and for the rest it's not mandatory anyway

Here I have just written something about the very latest photovoltaic prices: https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/pv-anlage-angebot-fuer-unser-efh.43215/post-573071

I think it has less to do with the feed-in tariff and more with various solar obligations. In BW you have to install one if you submit your building permit from Monday onwards, namely on 60% of the roof area. Commercial buildings have had to do this for longer. Now you combine that with the exploding electricity prices (self-consumption is simply much more economical when you calculate with 40 or 45c/kWh instead of 30c). The feed-in tariff is more like the icing on the cake for me, prices have been rising for quite some time. edit: Could extreme continuous lockdowns in China also have something to do with exploding photovoltaic prices?
