We. The extra cost was not worth it to us. Besides, you notice sooner when something is broken. With a wooden house, water / moisture is not so good.

I wouldn't pay a cent more for that, to be honest. We would have other priorities.

We also during the conversion in the attic. There is even a shower tray and you have to step up into the shower . Our 15sqm bathroom cost only about €4,000 in 100% self-work. Of course, it can't compete with the fancy bathrooms costing €20,000 and more, but after more than a year and a half of use, I wouldn't know why I should have spent more.

So 150 euros I don't find that expensive for a concealed fitting.

Wow, I wouldn’t even hesitate at that price. When we went to the plumbing company for sampling, the Grohe built-in faucet with integrated diverter for hand shower cost over 1k (of course without installation). Online, we found the same product for 349€ and even with Smart Control.
It blew us away. And that was how the whole appointment went.
It still annoys me that I blew the plumbing topic before we signed. We never in our lives thought that there would be such surcharges. Now we are paying a heavy price for it by installing all the faucets ourselves but only getting credited with the “minimal standard price” for it. Still cheaper than in that plumbing pharmacy. :-/
