I also paid 11,000 for a Huawei system including a 10 kW storage and a 400 heat pump Trina vertex modules.

For the same system, 35,000 euros are being asked today, I have seen corresponding offers. Delivery time, however, if at all, sometime in 2023.

Even the commissioning often takes months. So the electrical specialist company connects the system and tests it. Then they do a trial run and switch the system off again. Then they report this to the grid operator. The grid operator sometimes takes 6 months until the system is allowed to go online. So no electricity is produced for 6 months.

Just yesterday I called the grid operator. There is now also a shortage of electricity meters. They are simply not available. What a farce. Energy transition? Maybe they also come from Russia and are sanctioned.

This is getting out of hand.

Just a stupid question. Our 13 kWp photovoltaic system will be finally connected on August 30+31 (registration + inverter). The price was €1,050 net per kWp. Completely black and with power optimizers. Do you still have to wait for the grid operator’s approval? I thought it starts from that moment :-(

After the electrician has completed the commissioning and installation, he registers the system as completed with your grid operator. Then the actual registration process with the grid operator begins. Everyone does this differently somehow. Now it depends on where you live and who your grid operator is.

Then your electrician has to submit all the unit certificates and approval certificates of the inverters and modules, a site plan, a cadastral map, a power of attorney from the system operator, photos of the system, etc. The whole process will probably take at least 6 weeks and depending on the grid operator sometimes even up to 6 months. And you will have to wait that long before you are allowed to switch on.

But even if it only takes 8 weeks for you, you will not generate any significant yield before March 2023. However, you could have registered the system a long time ago or had your solar installer do it. Even before it is installed. But no one usually does that. Mostly. Unless you have a clever solar installer.

The whole thing is supposed to be simplified, but it has not yet been legally enacted.

I chose the illegal way and simply switched on my system 2 weeks ago. In view of the energy crisis, the high prices, and the slogan that every kWh counts, a means that in my opinion is legitimate.

Legally, I see no problems either. The Renewable Energy Act states that the grid operator must accept it immediately. And immediately means to me right away. So I would insist with my solar installer to simply let the system continue running after the test run.

I will ask again, thanks. So far I had to register in the Market Master Data Register.

That is why I will probably wait 2 to 3 years before I request an offer for photovoltaics.

How are construction costs currently? Since interest rates are falling again, it is quite possible that some will start the building project again and the rush for the plots will begin again.

sorry. There is so much nonsense written up there that I don't want to go into detail about it. There are legal framework conditions for the commissioning. It must not take longer than that. These connections are better explained in a forum which may not be mentioned here.

and you already know that = Steven, Durran etc is?
