Not only briefly and today relatively long. The backup is probably the one from the night Saturday -> Sunday if I look at what is still there. But hey... at least there are backups ;)

But since the forum has been back online, I haven't seen any ads anymore. Is it just me? Topic bathroom furniture: Currently on offer here (Premiumbaumarkt). Sufficient for the guest WC.

I see plenty of ads. But since the forum is back it seems a thread is broken. The one about buying strategy with falling prices by Proeter. In the overview, I keep seeing new posts, but I can’t find the new posts. On the topic: I spoke with our contractor this morning. The roof will be covered this week. I asked him about the situation with tiles. He said we were lucky that he could still get them at the start of our build. He is covering the roof from his own stock. He says now the building is done, even for him. Because you can’t get any material anymore.

That extreme? The roofers I spoke to (three in total) said material wouldn't be a problem. It just costs one and a half times as much as three years ago... And clay tiles would be difficult - but those are more luxury problems.

Likewise. No delivery difficulties noticeable in the personal environment. Windows take time, you have to order them early, but otherwise ...

We had no problems at all with the windows; they arrived even earlier than stated, after 3.5 weeks. And on Thursday I contacted an energy consultant for our project, yesterday I already received a reply that he will take it on. I was completely perplexed, as one is no longer used to getting replies in less than 4-8 weeks.
