No, you practice that on an old piece of wood.Did you order 5 extra doors at once or how is that to be understood?

Besides the obviously necessary practice, there’s another tip hidden here: don’t skimp on tools (in a broader sense)! I’ve had in my hands an 87° square, a level to measure the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and a cordless drill with a chuck that made the drill bits dance like figure skaters spinning pirouettes. Even with “two left hands” that won’t work.I guess it's misaligned. The pen must not be too thick if the threaded holes are only 3mm in diameter. Fortunately, I chose handles that cover quite a bit, so a "double hole" is not a problem. By the way, it fit perfectly three times in a row.
Tonight our banker called twice already, needed data for the contract preparation of the annuity loan. Afterwards, I wondered why he was so stressed. Then I checked their website – for example: the interest rates for 15 years jumped from 3.15% to 4.85%... :D No idea what's going on – I suspect an error in their system ;)

The magic tool is a homemade template (e.g. cardboard square), align and mark, then drill ;), in the worst case the handles will be evenly crookedI guess it’s misaligned. The pen must not be too thick if the threaded holes are only 3mm in diameter.
