No idea, apparently the executing company wanted to do it that way. It was a discrepancy. We can choose now.
This is the wording:
"... to offer all buyers the possibility not to have the lines (pipes/cables) surface-mounted in front of the wall in the kitchen, but rather embedded in the floor structure.
Please let us know whether you would like to stay with the surface-mounted option depending on your kitchen planning or if we should carry out the redesign for installation in the floor structure for you!?"
Apparently it's about all the lines in the kitchen.
So embedded in the floor structure is better? Under the screed, right?
Surface-mounted would mean? Under the tiles or how should one understand that?
