Heat pump on separate meter or together with household electricity

My experience is that the heat pump meter is inaccurate, or does not measure the total power consumption (for example, it does not seem to take the circulation pumps into account). My electricity with basic fee is actually quite a bit cheaper for the heat pump, but it is hardly worth it.

Hello, it is not a question. The heat pump is automatically connected to a separate HT/NT meter.

No, you have the choice.
We only have one meter and decided on a cheap tariff - under 20 cents per kWh including the basic fee. However, you have to be willing to switch.
Therefore, I would refrain from a second meter with possibly a second basic fee, etc.

20 cents? Which provider are you with? We checked and the really cheap ones actually prohibit WPs.

One quick question about consumption

Is it assumed to be about 2000 kWh for the consumption of the heat pump?

And about 2000 kWh for other consumers?

Roughly that could fit... maybe a bit too little. We are calculating with 5500 kWh for everything.

2015: approx. 3,000 kWh for the heat pump + 4,000 kWh other electricity (+ 2,000 kWh self-consumed electricity from the photovoltaic system)

In 2015 we were with Stromio and paid exactly 19.7 cents (incl. basic fee). For this year we have signed a contract with eprimo (a subsidiary of RWE) and will probably be at a price of approx. 18 cents per kWh. The granted bonuses must of course be taken into account, but with reputable providers this is not a problem.
