With that attitude, it's clear.
Not necessarily. Some people can simply imagine something else in their lives besides the daily grind of work.
There is the question: Do you live to work, or do you work to live?
And if the latter applies to me, I am happy if I can live without work as well.
Some (many) are also in such poor health that they hope for some relief during their leisure time.
Voluntarily working again later on is a different matter. You do it so that leisure life takes priority. I do that too, but in a way that allows me to manage my time and/or do work while on the go.
Sometimes working conditions, the work environment, the work itself, etc., change, and not everyone can just switch. That then has little to do with attitude.
