Everything is possible. As a tendency, I would perhaps now plan with 40c/kWh. Just for the electrification of heating, mobility, and industry alone, the electricity price cannot rise infinitely. At least not without incomes rising accordingly.

Speaking of heat pumps ^^

Heat pump or local heating for 416 GG + 0.0893 kwh? Contract for local heating until 2031...

Near or district heating is actually a great idea. However, in a single-family house, I would never make myself dependent on a private company for heat supply...

In what kind of Bollerbü do some people live? If the electricity price stays at 50 cents or more in the long term, you will soon be unemployed.

You would have to commit until 2031, and I can get out and, for example, convert to a heat pump... After that, the price lock naturally also expires...
A heat pump would mean an additional cost of ~4500€. There is also heating electricity here... Peak 20.762 cents, off-peak 15.395 cents

Depends on the job ;) But generally, energy prices need to come down so that we remain competitive... Otherwise, I unfortunately also see many companies relocating...

My job is 100% dependent on electricity, but it needs quite little ;) But seriously. Before the oil crisis, nobody could probably have imagined certain oil prices either. After that, it became normal, and the price was higher but everything else was correspondingly more expensive. When I now see that the chemical industry pays 6.5% more despite gas dependency, IG Metall wants 8%, and public service 10% right away... then we are on a good path towards a wage-price spiral. Then in a few years electricity will be twice as expensive but money only worth half. You built the photovoltaic system today at 2000€/kWp, it won’t get more expensive. It doesn’t have to be like that, but it could be
