Construction costs are currently skyrocketing

As I already wrote two pages earlier, we were at the carpenter's on Thursday. Order: gable roof without eaves, pitch 42 degrees, rafters 8x22, roof insulation with 6cm wood fiber boards from Gutex (we are doing the insulation between the rafters ourselves), attic staircase, collar beam OSB 22cm, roof covering with flat tiles Creaton Domino (approx. 160m2) .... We now have an offer (fixed, without price adjustment): 34k I think that's okay and I think we'll accept it without counteroffers. The conversation with the boss was clear and professional, the offer came quickly. I also don't find the price exaggerated (with over-rafter insulation and attic). By the way...BW. What do you think?

Last week I ordered a Weishaupt Biblock, which will be delivered next week.

Why? Yes, it is supposed to be a photovoltaic system, but only a bit later.

Sounds good to me (as a layman!) as well. We have an appointment with the carpenter on May 11th. I'm really looking forward to it and hope it might be the same one :cool:

Because you now have beautiful and more expensive tiles on the roof which are then covered by the photovoltaic system... So the Harzer Pfanne would also be perfectly sufficient... That’s how we will do it too, although we would have preferred flat roof tiles...

Our ground-source heat pump from Bosch has probably already been delivered. The situation looks worse with the controlled residential ventilation including enthalpy heat exchanger. Should come in May. Current delivery date end of June.
