Construction costs are currently skyrocketing

Heat pump (air-water heat pump) ordered at the end of May, everything already at the plumber except for the outdoor unit, which is scheduled for early October. So yes, almost 6 months. But that was the status in May! According to my plumber, the situation is becoming increasingly critical.
What annoys me more at the moment is the availability of wood-burning stoves. Does anyone have a tip where there are still some available? I don't want to leave an empty corner in the living room.

From which manufacturer is the air-water heat pump? My ground-source heat pump is from Bosch. The ventilation system is supposed to arrive within the next 2 weeks (non-binding). The problem here was that I wanted one with an enthalpy heat exchanger and thus am getting the newest version from Bosch.

Regarding fireplaces: Have you looked abroad, e.g. Poland? There are many companies at the border that install in Germany.

I should probably really take a look at Poland, it's not that far from here. The air-to-water heat pump is from Viessmann Vitocal 222-S, 13.7 kW

A different question, which is indirectly related to the construction costs. Does anyone else have problems with the delivery date of the heat pump? And does anyone know how long the current waiting times are? I have heard something about 6-9 months. Our ground source heat pump was ordered in February, but unfortunately Bosch could not give us a delivery date yet.

Ours was also ordered in May. It is already at the plumbing stage, complete with hot water storage tank and so on.
But what good is the heat pump to me if my shell builder has postponed the start again by 3 weeks... At the moment, already over 2 months delay :mad:

That's also my opinion. In March 2022, we faced the choice of heating system in our renovation project. Old: oil. We didn't want that because it also took up 20 sqm of the house. These rooms will now be a youth room. For gas condensing technology, we would have had to gravel the private road for 200 meters to the street and lay a pipe. Air-to-water heat pump was subsidized by BAFA with 45%. I think you are quite self-sufficient with it. You "only" need electricity. No gas, no oil, no connection to the network. Let's see if this decision was right...
