Thank you. We don't have one at all yet. Didn't know it was so important. Would have approached someone about 3 months before moving in :D
That means I should have the rough plan made? Where should what be placed, etc. For electrical and so on? We will also have to discuss the electrical planning soon.

Many kitchen manufacturers often have delivery times of 6 months or more....

Actually, you first have the kitchen plan and then you know where the connections should go. Otherwise, you might severely limit yourself and regret it afterwards.

The controlled residential ventilation can be equipped with [Luftbrunnen]. This preheats the air in winter and cools it in summer. Thus, no warm air is brought into the house in summer, and ventilation is still possible.
