When moving, there are only expensive new contracts! For example, €5,000 for gas (15,000 kWh), €2,000 for electricity (4,000 kWh), and €2,600 for other expenses (water, chimney sweep, maintenance, garbage, property tax, insurance). Calculated per month, these are €800 in additional costs.

“The Bundesbank has already recorded a decline in private mortgage loans of 16 percent compared to the same month last year for July. And this is likely not just the whim of a summer month, but rather a long-term phenomenon.

Experts expect a further double-digit percentage drop in construction financing for the coming year.”

If you only know Check24, then yes. Otherwise, you can simply go to the basic supplier...
2600 miscellaneous is already on the high end, especially for a mid-terrace house.

That just doesn't always work. Are you in basic supply? I have now heard twice that the basic supply tariff is the cheaper one, but is only offered for a limited period in order to then upgrade the customer as quickly as possible to a "normal tariff." For example, at ENTEGA. Also, the price can be raised almost arbitrarily within two weeks. What does that have to do with a mid-terrace house?! Neither water, chimney sweep, maintenance, garbage, property tax nor insurance depend on the existence of a third or even fourth exterior wall! 220 euros per month is not much, we pay about 110 euros for water alone for three people...and just wait until inflation and rising energy prices also show up in these items.

Those who own it are usually not smarter than you or a piece of xxxx.

Looks really nice. But it has to be a Roborock.

What exactly doesn’t work there?
The worst thing that can happen is 3 months of interim supply, afterwards you automatically move to the basic supply.

Yes, two weeks price guarantee.

Property tax is lower because the plot is usually smaller, and insurances are normally also cheaper than for a detached single-family house.

110€ for water for three people? Is there Evian in there?
We pay 71€ for six people with 2 loads of washing machine and dishwasher daily...
