The customer goes to wherever is cheapest anyway.I wonder how a baker survives who cannot manage 6-8 weeks per year without or with less production. That much has to be planned because his staff have 6 weeks of vacation and you have to reckon with an average of 8 sick days per year. So every employee is out for 8 weeks a year anyway.
